Founded by Vanessa Willock, True North brings decades of combined experience in employment law, civil rights investigations, and public-sector compliance. From EEO, ADA, and FMLA matters to grant administration, financial reporting, and licensure-impacting reviews.  We guide clients through high-stakes challenges with insight and integrity.
